CnFans acts as an intermediary between different retail stores throughout China.

1) As a general rule, you should always order one size larger than your current shoe size (I wear a 42, but a 43 fits me perfectly).

2) Every item has a "Size helper" button that will tell you which size to choose based on your weight and height.

With this in mind, you'll never go wrong with the sizing of any item.

1) Find the items: Explore our wide variety of products in our catalog, choose the model and size, and add it to your cart.

2) Arrival of items at the warehouse: After paying for the items in your cart, you will have to wait several days for them to arrive at the CnFans warehouse. Once there, they will send you photos of the quality of your products.

3) Add your information and pay for shipping: Once all your items are in the warehouse with the quality photo, you will need to add your shipping address, fill in your information, and select the cheapest and fastest shipping option for your location (always choose the ones marked "Tax Free").

4) Arrival of items: After approximately 15 days, you will receive all the items at your home. (If there is any defect, you can return it at no additional cost.)

CnFans is safe because it uses its own logistics system, stores and checks all items before shipping, offers insurance on every order, and uses secure payment methods. Furthermore, it only works with verified suppliers, guaranteeing that your purchases arrive safely and without risk.

CnFans offers an initial return service once the products arrive at their warehouse. At that time, they send you detailed photos so you can check the quality before final shipment. If something doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return completely free of charge.

In addition, CnFans offers a second return service once the package has already arrived at your address. In this case, if you need to return an item, the process costs approximately €10. To initiate this process, you must contact customer service.

To contact customer support, you'll find a small window with a helmet logo on the right side of the app. Opening it will open a chat with automated responses to frequently asked questions.
